DIY Balloon Swag, Purple Blue

A cost effective way to decorate a party and perfect for taking away if your celebrating a birthday while on holiday.  No need for helium, just an air pump will do. Shades of purple, blue and silver.

Pack contains a total of 26 balloons in various sizes, 10 die cut silver stars and an 8ft plastic hanging strip and 20 adhesive dots.

Start by blowing up all the balloons (do not over inflate so you keep a nice round shape). Then take your tape and insert the neck of the balloons through the tape to create the desired shape.  When completed fix in place by hanging the strip at either end with some string (not included) and finally attach the stars using the adhesive dots.
